Felipe met Mulenga through mutual friends at FBC Waco in 2013 and served on the founding CLM Board. He is a graduate of Baylor Hankamer Business School with over 35 years experience in project management. Felipe’s love of international mission work has taken him many places, including working with an orphanage in Huehuetenango, Guatemala for 15 years. He and his wife Sharla, who also serves on the Board, currently work specifically with CLC’s logistical project needs.
